Rachel Albritton founded Paperboy Public Relations in 2016 and has since assisted a variety of clients from various industries in reaching and exceeding their communications goals.
Rachel offers over a decade of experience running successful public relations campaigns both in Louisville and in markets across the country. Rachel is an expert in media relations, community relationship building, social media content creation, message development, event management, and more.
With dual degrees in political science and economics, Rachel is also knowledgeable on a wide range of policy issues. She specializes in forming nontraditional alliances between individuals, organizations, and other stakeholders who share common goals.
Rachel has worked with organizations ranging from local brands to Fortune 500 companies including Louisville Slugger Museum & Factory, HMI Cardinal, Guy Fieri’s Smokehouse, Crescent Hill Craft House, the Bluegrass Brewing Company, Jefferson Tours and Charters, the Kentucky Medical Association, Amazon, Anheuser-Busch, Blaze Pizza, and Pfizer.
In 2020 Rachel was recognized with the American Advertising Federation President's Award. In 2016, Rachel won The PRSA Landmarks of Excellence Rising Star Award which recognizes young professionals in the public relations field making significant contributions to the industry.
Before starting Paperboy Public Relations, Rachel worked at several public relations agencies in the Louisville area.
In 2014, Rachel was selected as an American Advertising Awards Louisville (AAF-Louisville) "Hot 10" Award winner, presented to 10 young professionals in the advertising industry who demonstrate skill, hard work, and professionalism well beyond their years. In 2016, Rachel won The Landmarks of Excellence Rising Star Award which recognizes young professionals in the fields of public relations and communications that are making significant contributions to the industry.
Rachel is a native Texan and a graduate of Bellarmine University in Louisville.
Rachel serves on the board of the American Advertising Federation - Louisville and is a member of Leadership Louisville and the Young Professionals Association of Louisville (YPAL).
